Privacy policy
How personal data is handled on this site, under the GDPR.

2. What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, embeds no tracking, and loads nothing from third-party servers. The typefaces are served from this site's own server rather than from a font CDN, so opening a page creates no connection to any outside party.
There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
3. Hosting
This site is hosted by:
World4You Internet Services GmbHWolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, BT3
4020 Linz
Austria
When a page is opened, the data arising is processed on that provider's servers. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in providing the site securely and reliably.
4. Server log files
Each time a page is opened, information sent by the browser is recorded automatically: the page requested, the date and time, the volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, the referring page, and the IP address of the device.
This is processed under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to keep the site running and secure. It is not combined with any other source.
The log files are deleted automatically two weeks after they are written.
5. Contact by email
This site has no contact form. The contact page shows my email address, and writing to it opens your own email program. Nothing you type is sent to this site's server, and the server collects nothing about you when you write: the message travels from you to my mailbox, which is hosted by the provider named in section 3.
If you write, the details you send are stored in order to answer you and in case of follow-up questions. Where the exchange concerns entering into a contract, the basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR; otherwise it is Art. 6 (1) (f).
Correspondence is deleted once it is no longer needed, subject to commercial and tax retention periods of up to ten years.
6. Storing your choice of route
This site remembers whether you are reading the Companies or the Individuals route, so that shared pages point you back to the right one. The choice is held in your browser's session storage under the key sc-mode and holds only the word "companies" or "individuals".
It stays on your device, reaches nobody, is used for nothing else, and is discarded when you close the tab. Because it is needed for a function you asked for, it requires no consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.
7. Encryption
Pages are served over an encrypted connection, shown by "https://" in the address bar.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), to object to processing (Art. 21), and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7 (3)). An informal email is enough.
Complaints
You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular where you live, where you work, or where you believe something went wrong.
The authority responsible for me is:
