VAT

As a small business under § 19 UStG, no value added tax is charged and none is shown on invoices. Accordingly no VAT identification number under § 27 a UStG has been issued.

Sections deliberately omitted

Two blocks common in German templates do not apply here and have been left out on purpose.

§ 18 (2) MStV — applies to journalistic-editorial content. Add it if a blog or news section is ever published.
§ 36 VSBG — businesses with ten or fewer employees are exempt. Add it if headcount ever exceeds ten.

Liability and copyright disclaimers have also been left out. They carry no statutory force and cannot limit liability that the law imposes.
